Unable to get confirmation code for Facebook account recovery

Now do not choose any option (number or email address). Instead, select the option saying 'No longer have access to these?'

Enter the email address you previously added to your Facebook account.

Select the 'This is my account' option when you see your profile picture.

If you have set up the 'Trusted Contacts', ask them to help you in resetting your password. Enter the full names of any three contacts and select them to make Facebook send them the codes. You only need three verification codes.

Enter the codes shared by your contacts and press Continue.

You can now reset your password easily.

You have not signed into your email account.

Make sure you have entered the correct number or email id linked to your account.

Check the 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders in your email account for the Facebook verification code.
